With 18 years in the trade, I started with an evening plumbing course at City College and worked my way up through NVQ qualifications to my Gas certification. Getting into the industry as a woman was hard work, but I stuck at it. Now I run my own business, providing honest, approachable gas and heating services across Norwich and Norfolk.
